To activate your CHILLOUT "Ultra" Immerse completely in fresh tap water, within 60 seconds the crystals will expand forming a gel.
Your CHILLOUT is ready when firm but not hard. Approximately 60 seconds (times may vary slightly). DO NOT OVER SOAK.
If any crystal gel forms on the outer surface wipe off with a dry cloth.
